Home Doctor Visits
See a doctor at your home, office, hotel or another suitable location. Suitable for adults and children with acute illness, follow-up needs and many of the concerns that would ordinarily take you to a doctor’s office.
Urgent & Acute Care
Assessment and treatment for many acute illnesses and medical concerns that can be safely managed outside an emergency department. If your condition needs hospital or emergency care, we will tell you and help guide the next step.

A sick child does not always need a trip to the doctor’s office. We assess many common childhood illnesses at home, and if your child needs investigations, specialist care or hospital assessment, we will advise you accordingly.
Chronic Disease & Recurring Care
Ongoing medical care for people living with hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic conditions. We can arrange regular review, monitoring and follow-up at a frequency that suits your condition and changes as your needs change.

Medical care for older adults who are more comfortable being seen at home or find travelling to appointments difficult. Includes regular review, medication assessment, post-hospital follow-up, mobility and frailty concerns, and coordination with nursing and physiotherapy when needed.

IV fluids, prescribed IV or IM medications, antibiotics and other treatments administered where clinically appropriate, with the necessary monitoring and equipment. IV treatment is provided for a medical indication, not as a general wellness or lifestyle service.
Wound Care & Minor Procedures
Wound assessment and dressing, suturing and suture removal, abscess assessment and drainage where appropriate, catheterisation and specimen collection. These are procedures that can safely be performed outside hospital. ECG, phlebotomy and nebulisation are also available when required.
Palliative & Supportive Care
Medical care at home for people living with serious, advanced or life-limiting illness, focused on comfort, symptom control and quality of life. We work with families and the wider care team to help make difficult periods more manageable.
Nursing Care
Coordinated nursing at home for monitoring, medication administration, wound care and other prescribed treatment needs. Nursing is arranged through independent providers, and we help coordinate it alongside your medical treatment.
Physiotherapy & Allied Health
Where physiotherapy supports your recovery or ongoing treatment, we can help arrange it through independent providers and coordinate it alongside your medical care. Availability and location depend on the service required.
Medical Equipment & Home-Care Support
Selected medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators, can be arranged for rental or sale where available. We can also help families work out what equipment may be useful as care needs change, and how to obtain it.
Care Coordination
Help arranging and keeping track of what comes after the consultation. If you need laboratory tests, imaging, specialist assessment, nursing, physiotherapy or hospital care, we can arrange the next steps and keep the different parts of your care connected.
Too busy to get away from work?
For suitable medical concerns, a doctor can attend your office or workplace, subject to privacy, location and the nature of the problem.
A relative in Jamaica while you are overseas
We can assess your relative, arrange follow-up and, with their consent, keep designated family members informed.
